Following an audit and certification proceedings, the training and service company of Mr. Mieczysław Czajkowski located in Smolniki became the first company in North-East Poland to obtain a certificate allowing it to train and examine welders in accordance with German guidelines DVS 1102 TÜV Rheinland.

It ought to be noted that the company located in Smolniki near Iława have already obtained certificates to train welders, from The Welding Institute in Gliwice and a Certificate of the Minister of Economy allowing it to train and examine forklift truck drivers.

In 2009, under an ordinance of the Minister of Economy, the Institute of Mechanised Construction and Rock Mining in Warsaw granted the authority to the company of Mieczysław Czajkowski in Smolniki to train heavy equipment operators (backhoe loaders, excavators, loaders, compactors).
